Limited Liability Company "AVIATION SYSTEM INTEGRAL SERVICE" (LLC "ASIS"), legal entity identification code 38396957, registered address: 19 Soborna Street, Sumy, 40000, Ukraine, considers it its duty to protect the confidentiality of personal information of its clients (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Passenger") who visit the website: https://aviasis.com.ua
This Privacy Policy applies to all information that the Service Provider may receive about the User while using the services available on the domain aviasis.com.ua. By visiting our Website or submitting requests for services, you fully agree to this Privacy Policy.
Definitions

The Service Provider implements organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, destruction, modification or disclosure.

In accordance with Ukrainian legislation and GDPR, Users have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion of inaccurate data

While the Service Provider takes commercially reasonable security measures, it cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted via the Internet.
Additional Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy without prior consent of Users. The updated Privacy Policy becomes effective from the moment it is published on the Website.
